Values

Values are the guiding principles that are core to FSAI and helps guide what we do and the decisions we make in order to achieve our mission.

They are visible in our behaviour, how we interact with each other and do our business and can provide a framework for building a great culture. At FSAI we pride ourselves in having a friendly and open culture.  It is this culture that enables us to work together, grow and develop.  At the heart of everything we do are our six strong values:

Diversity, Equality, Inclusion and Belonging

The FSAI’s vision is to be a leader in diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEI&B) in the Irish public sector. The FSAI and its staff is committed to:

The cornerstones of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEI&B) give expression to our values. We believe commitment in this area enriches our workplace and fosters trust and confidence in our organisation.
