Learning and Development
As an organization the FSAI is committed to encouraging and enabling all staff to develop skills, gain further qualifications, continue their professional development and improve their long-term career prospects.
The FSAI policy on staff learning and development reflects this commitment and is in place to ensure that support is available to staff who wish to pursue further studies. As part of our Performance Management System, a formal opportunity exists for staff, on an annual basis, to agree training and development opportunities they wish to pursue, including additional studies and qualifications.
