Reformulation of yogurt The accuracy of nutrition declaration on food labels for the monitoring of food reformulation in Ireland

The aims of this study were to:

1. Examine the accuracy of the declared nutrition information in line with EC guideline nutrition labelling tolerances.

2. Make a recommendation on the use of declared nutrition labels for the monitoring of food reformulation of total fat, saturated fat and sugar in Ireland.
