The legislation covers food supplements currently on sale in Ireland and those being manufactured or being imported directly, or through third parties.
This document is designed to assist manufacturers, importers, distributors and retailers of food
supplements by providing information on legal requirements relating to:
- The composition of food supplements
- The labelling of food supplements
- Notification of food supplements to the Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI)
