Food Reformulation Task Force: Benchmarking the salt content of pizza sold in the foodservice sector in 2023

The purpose of this survey is to establish a 2023 benchmark of the salt content of pizza sold in Irish foodservice outlets.

This survey data will inform the development of draft maximum per serving salt targets for pizza sold in the foodservice sector, as required by the Roadmap for Food Product Reformulation in Ireland.
