The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) would like to present ‘Breakfast Bites’, a series of free, informal events for small food businesses. Here, we provide useful information on the topics you want to know more about.
The FSAI will host a FREE online breakfast bite at 10am on Wednesday, 23 September 2020. In this short Breakfast Bite, Clodagh Crehan (FSAI) will provide food businesses with an introduction to food labelling.
This webinar will give an overview of the EU and Irish rules on food labelling. Clodagh will explain when a food is considered prepacked, when it is non-prepacked and the information that must be provided for both. There will be an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the presentation. This free event will be held online and will last 40 minutes.
